Stay in this hotel very good.environment staff and security better for Darbhanga. near railway station good family hotel rate reasonable in the family stay. walking distance 10 minute in this hotel opposite Church. Hotel cleanness and staff are very friendly.

I had seen numerous negative reviews about hotel, but for my experience Its a overall good stay, nearby to railway station, they have range of room to choose from and i believe what you pay what you get. Hotel crew are helpful to me.

STAY AWAY! Hotel Rambha Grand is one of the worst hotels I have ever had to stay in. We had booked the hotel for 2 days but had to leave early. The rooms were in pathetic condition considering they were really dirty where you could see the dust and dirt marks everywhere. The sheets had so many marks and stains which can only be described as either spilled food or bodily fluids. When asked to change the sheets, we received another set of sheets which looked exactly the same. The Air conditioning didn't work in our room so we called the reception and found no response. Had to go to reception myself to see the receptionist chit chatting with their friends in the lobby. Got another room after waiting for 4 hours in the summer heat of Bihar. The mirror in room toilets was unable to reflect anything as it was so dirty from some kind of paint and grime. As we were unsatisfied by the hotel rooms and services, we asked the receptionist that we'll be leaving as the rooms were not even up to mark; to which he said that it's not possible for him to cancel our booking as instant cancellation won't be possible for him and he'll lose money as he had booked us for 2 days. Understanding his situation, I told him fine, we'll stay here but get our rooms cleaned. We had already paid him advance and were going out to attend a family function, to which we were taking few of our bags as there were gifts inside. Looking at which he asked for advance, upon asking how much advance does he want, he said that we should pay him the full amount for 2 days. I told him it's not possible and no where in hospitality sector such things happen upon which he replied that he's not worried that we'll leave as he could catch us from anywhere and he's only asking the full amount as he didn't like my tone. After listening to this, I told him, that we are not staying here anymore as this behaviour will not be accepted anywhere else, but we will send few of our guests over to stay at the room. Paid him in full and booked another hotel for the next day. I would strongly recommend that people stay away from this hotel and such receptionist cum gundas.

They are good location on hotal and good behaviour off all managing staff and house keeping and room service staff very very good behaviour.and all coverage management is very well...next time I will be again come back...

Very bad experience.geyser is not working.Ac is very bad and cooling properly.staff management is very bad. overall a worst experience in darbhaga. pls dont stay here....

Worst management and worst food. They are charging plate for 1200. Their plate is not worth more that Rs. 250. Better than those stalls wala who is preparing much tastier food... Manager did not come even once to attend the guest.. They are the looters who is just there to make fool of innocent people. This hotel should be closed and I don't recommend anyone.. Going there is an ultimate insult to all the people.. Be aware.. Such people are the real bad guys because of which entire Bihar is named as a bad state..

Everything was fine there apart from food options. They don't have any restaurant in the hotel neither there are any nearby. Only thing you can do is order on Zomato or swiggy. Location is good, nearby railway station. Rooms were fine and spacious, they had cupboards, TV, AC all in good condition.
