Hotel is good, I stayed in a single bed room. It was nice and clean. The service was good too but it can be improved

Nice , For small size get together. Room 312 is also very good. Meals in hotel santushti is okay.

Stinking blankets, unnecessarily attitude throwing staff on demanding one extra towel, Just an average hotel with price to service quality not matching.

Staffs are decent and well behaved.. They are very prompt at service... Overall a complete warm experience.. They maintain great hygiene.. food is also good in taste.. Hotel is clean, no disturbance and noise.

Untidy hotel rooms, overpriced and bad staff behaviour. Hotel staff alongwith hotel owner is involved in sex business, so be careful... Not a good place for family or solo. Food in their restaurant is also overpriced. As Darbhanga is not a metro city. It's not 24/7 open for you, hotel doors will get closed after 10 PM. Nobody will open gate for you if you try to enter late after attending some function, even if you have booked a room for the day.

Over all experience is good 👍 . but as per tier 4 city price is too much and . As per service point all employees are good and friendly but not Profesional. and I face difficulty for ordering dinner. ☎️ not work propper and if you come receptionist desk wait for couple of minutes or half hr. Because no one present.

Rooms are amazing, like very neat and clean. The service is not good enough they're slow but yeah they provide a decent amount of satisfaction at a budget pricing. Loved it overall had booked it for a wedding stay.
