1. Staffs are very arrogant. 2. High price.(You can find other cheaper hotels nearby ) 3. Room service not available. 4. TVs are not working in many rooms. 5. If you complain about something, hotel management simply ignores it. 6.MOST IMPORTANT :- PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLINE. IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL ONLY , KINDLY VISIT THE HOTEL AND CHECK THE ROOM PERSONALLY THAT EVERYTHING IS OKEY. 7. You can find a better hotel nearby with cheaper prices and more RESPECT from management.

This hotel offers poor value for money exceeding Rs. 2200. The hygiene standards are subpar, with rooms emitting odors reminiscent of a government hospital mixed with gutka. The front desk staff display extreme rudeness, occasionally being amicable only when in a good mood. If you value good manners or belong to the elite class, it's advisable to avoid booking at this establishment. This hotel caters primarily to single men and bachelor individuals.

Very bad experience in hotel and never book this hotel because hotel Booking price is very High and service is very low quality and bathroom and bed room is very 3 Rd class such as , full of waste of money.

Worst hotel. It's better u stay in station retiring room . U will find khatmal and smell of sillan. And staff behavior is like u have came to thier hotel is ur luck . They will treat u like the worst experience I have ever stayed in any other property. Lift is not working.

Smooth check in experience. (Booked via Goibibo) The location is good. Just above V2 Mall in Mirzapur Chowk area around 1 km from Darbhanga Junction. There is a restaurant at the 1st Floor which is a bit costly considering the quality of food. Ample parking space. Accessible ♿❌ Although there is a lift, but one needs to climb the stairs first.

Hotel is kind of okayish. You can't expect much there because of low footfall at the location. Rooms are not that much good but better than any hotel Inn present at railway station. Tv service is not available in every room so you have to be busy with your phone.

Pros 1. Locality Mark very near 2. V2 mall 3. Resturent avilable 4. Popular resturent radhe radhe waking distance 5. Staff very help full and cooperation except 1 guy which was expected Improvement needed 1. Tv services. 2. Water service should be free.
