Washroom was little dirty. Rooms were clean and mattress service was provided. It costed 1700 Rs for 24 hours .

The washroom flush was not working.... The room was not cleaned properly. The helping staff boy was good.... The receptionist denied to provide wifi in a very rude manner....

The hotel is very good.. but the employee there who calls himself the manager (night shift) has very dirty behavior. And he fixes his commission separately.. asked to pay Rs 700 for the same room for the first day and Rs 1200 for the next day without checking out the same room. When asked, they told me about extra tarrif and GST charges. When I told- I want to talk about this matter to hotel owner, he told to pay 700 ₹ and talked in a bad manner.. It means clearly that he makes his commission in the name of 500 ₹ tariff.. Whenever you go, clear all the details at the time of check-in. The hotel owner should take this matter seriously😡... all the facilities of hotel is very nice but the behavior of that particular staff was very bad and he is cheater.. for customers and owner also.

Terrible experience. Had booked deluxe room 1 month in advance, but when Reached this hotel late evening with family, found that there was continued leakage from tap and toilet seat was broken. Asked the owner to get it fixed, to which he rudely said it could be done only next day. He was not even willing to change the room and said you either stay in this room or leave. Had to leave the hotel in the middle of night with family and shift to another hotel.

Worst experience of my life. They forced us to check out at 11 o clock at night. Service was also poor. They provided broken sofa for our guests. After a lot of hot discussion they provided one. Food quality was average. Worst thing happened at night, when they started to talk like goons and told that if you occupy till morning you will have to pay extra. When we refused they started threatening. I was with my family so we had to. Please never visit this place.

First of all there is no parking facility in this hotel. I didn't like the atmosphere either. The behavior of the staff is good, but the behavior of the manager is not good. Most importantly, never order the food of this hotel, especially non-veg. Don't know what they bring in place of chicken. I told this to the manager but he also did not answer anything. I felt very bad about this. I will never come to this hotel again.

Its a good place to stay while on visit Darbhanga. Staffs are Good And Friendly. Food is good. There are Couple of Flaws as well. I had been there 4 times in 3 months and they dont keep record fir it. Like I had seen in many hotel they keep an excel sheet in handy .. No need to give photocopy of aadhar every time.

Hotel Holiday Inn is a hotel. It's got a family restaurant and sweet n snacks shop attached to it. Sweet and snacks shop is making it's space in samosa sphere. Restaurant is quiet n cozy on most of the days. Uniformed Waiters are there mostly ggathered near bill desk which is situated near it's entrance door right opposite the service door. Twin Wash basin with taps are on the left side of service door. Food items are Moderately expensive and justified by better portion size. Under numerous subsections of menu they have huge number of items listed. Overall OK place to eat. Do we have many options? If no, then feel good about this place. Whatever Area is left outside the restaurant and south of sweet n snacks shop is used for parking of guest's vehicles in night.
