I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the room was spacious, they lack proper hygiene and cleanliness and the bathroom was dirty. The shortage of staff has severely impacted their service quality, with excessively delayed food orders, it takes 2 hour to be served and frequent electricity cuts affecting the functionality of the AC. The high price didn't match the quality of service. Overall, it's been far from a comfortable stay

Good maintained rooms but lack of staff. No wheelchair access and parking. Nice resturant with limited option

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing,food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable.Enjoy the delicious food with melodious song on the rooftop .

Giving 3 start just because price is too high. Pricing is like this a tourist place. Over all is a good experience, only need to revise the pricing as per location.
