Rooms are ok but the service is worst receptionist who is also managing the room service is so rude he is not knowing how to talk to guests

I am resident of Madhepura ( Bihar) and I had booked 7 rooms to use for my guests to stay.It was very easy and Hassel free to book rooms online. The moment my guests reached to the Hotel It's staf came to receive them and taken all the luggages to their respective rooms The service provided by the management is commendable and I would surely refer HOTEL ATITHI to all my Friends and Family. It was really a great experience and all my guests really enjoyed staying in this Superb Hotel. There is a saying that. "ATITHI DEVO BHAVAH" and it can be felt the same here in this very hotel. Staff is helping and cooperative in nature. Chech in and check out process is really smooth. In case of emergency they can help you with early check in also. Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place.

Good hotel but fooding service is not available, you have to arrange for yourself or they will bring it from outside.

I stayed here for 2 days during a company tour It is like a 3 star rooms at 1 star price. Comfortable beds,helpful staffs,sound proof rooms which is very much needed being on the main road. Madhepura railway station is 5 mins walk. Will stay here again.

No electricity, no backup, no generator, ac just for showcase. Whole night I was awake due to mosquito and swet. Worst hotel experience ever.

Excellent place to stay. On the main Road and near to Railway station..Staffs are very cooperative..Hassle free check in and check out. I stayed for 2 days and very much recommend others to come and stay. Great job ,keep it up...
