Menu was not updated and most of the things were not available and also there was not adequate staff to serve the people who come for dine-in. Moreover, NO AC's were functional in dining area and the toilets were unhygienic.

Madhubani main town is very small. And there are a handful of hotels to stay in. Most of these hotels are run with Chalta hai Attitudes. I had seen many one star reviews still we chose to stay as the value of our programme was in the same Hotel. There is no dedicated staff actually. The Waiter does the reciecptionst job and the receptionist does the cleaning job. So you also end up doing work on your own. If you have to ask for water bottle, after an hour of waiting you have to get on your own from their fridge. Kitchen is filthy and hardly cleaned, rats were running all over the places when we went to ask for our breakfast (image attached). After knowing this we arranged our own food. Waiter is an old man who is at their mercy. He was the one who sold us the accommodation to stay mentioning about all the fake services. There was no one to take back the tea cups after we had it, it was there till the next day. The guard in the day is very irritating, he has some mental disorder. He is not there to help but to create problems. Bothers you with unnecessary questions. How he talks is not at all polite for the hospitality sector. Don't expect anybody to carry your luggage when you go there, do it on your own. They are just there to laugh and ask useless questions. The guard at night is there to sleep only. Its located next to the drainage which smells like hell when you get on the ground floor. They wont do anything without getting irritated. Even for the workshop we needed HDMI cable, they were convincing us that we are wrong and people only use vga cable to connect to projector. There was door latch of bathroom was not functional, there were no stopper for the door. The chair was used as a stopper. The jet sprey in the toilet was not functional, they promised us thrice that it will be changed before we finally left without it being changed. Food served in the workshop for lunch was good. It shows they know their work. Just they are careless. Stay at your own risk. A very careless place and service. Its going to take a decade for them to understand what’s wrong with them.

No comment on Location. Its superb Location wise Nearby to Railway station as well as Madhubani Busstand You can reach 24*7. But service is not good Earlier it was one of the best place in Madhubani Now the worst one. The quality of food they serve i am pretty sure no one will visit again.

We stayed in this Hotel for one night to refresh and get ready to continue our drive to Nepal.I was pleasantly surprised to find a Hotel of this standard in Madhubani.The Rooms were of good size and well kept.The electricity situation is not good in Madhubani but I was Happy that this Hotel has a 100% backup generator.The staff were nice and friendly.The restaurant served a reasonable variety of various cuisines. The taste was good.Use of spices and oil were just adequate. There was a lift but not in use during my stay which made it a bit difficult for my parents as our Room was on 3rd Floor.Other than this I would classify my stay here as great.

We were visiting Madhubani with family on a special purpose. Based on online reviews ended up booking Hotel DG. This is located between the filthiest streets of central madhubani. The staff are very courteous and the food at the restaurant is tasy. But cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We stayed at Hotel Madhuyamini at Madhubani during our second visit. Would prefer that anyday compared to this one.

This is a good place to eat, the service here is good, the taste of food is good, you should visit once and see.😊👏😊
