Hotel Rama

Location is very good and provide lot of convenience to the visitors. All arrangements are very good and of good quality. Well maintained and cleanliness is also very nice. All staffs are very good and polite in nature. If anyone thinking about valuable rooms then this hotel is very good. Therefore I am of the opinion that this is one of the best hotel to visit.

Nice Hotel. Hygiene, neat and clean rooms, beds and bathrooms. Located in front of Govt bus stand. Muzaffarpur Govt bus stand is Inter State Bus Terminus. Hotel is also very near from Muzaffarpur Railway Station. Open 24 hours. Staffs are very active, humble and polite. Foods are tasty. It's a family friendly hotel. Tarrifs are very reasonable starting from 500. Ac, Non ac, Singles and double and family rooms are available. Check out time is 12 Noon.

Rooms are good, they gets irritated when asked to send luggage to the rooms, they prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food in same kitchen nd utensils hence the food is not fit for pure vegetarian people, provided blankets in the AC rooms, location is 500 meters away from railway station. Prices are reasonable but sometimes costly like food is costly.

Worst experience as they didn't clear their policies and molded them according to their greed. Prices are high as compared to service conditions. They may even put allegations against the customer for any loss without any proof. They pretend to be busy and play rummycards below the table.

Superb stay. Near railway station and bus stand. Very clean rooms. Hot water available in morning time. Good staff. Good owner. Loved it. Stayed 2 times and both experiences were good. Check out 24 hours but if u check in after 6 pm then, check out time will b 6 pm next day. So take care of that. I didn't have food as it is veg non veg mix food.

Nice stay at a reasonable price. Stayed for 4 night & 3 days. But at the time of checkout, they cheated us for 4 bottles of Water, 2 cups of Tea and enhanced rate of Mix Veg and Veg Fried Rice. So, whenever you go there; please careful about these petty things as I have been cheated for 200 INR approximately.

Room is clean also room service is good. Some staff are rude while talking. There is no towel and soap in washroom. I went in January month but the blanket they provided is not good it's very thin and also without cover. TV remote is also not working.
