OYO 28557 Hotel M V International

Hotel is very beautiful but the service and management is not that good ... Our training scheduled there .. but we faced a lot of mismanagement there.. room cleaning is also very disappointing, the room service was very slow...but the positive thing is that the interior is very beautiful, so if the management will improve then the hotel became one of the best hotel of muzaffarpur. If the management team will not think upon this, then gradually the hotel loss there reputation. So kindly take a positive action..

Not even worth a single star. Please add negative option for such hotels as they are going to impact the image of OYO,negatively. First of all there are no wash basins. Second, in some rooms the bright LED light remains on, all the time in the absence of a nightlamp. Third, no intercom facility and if your room.is on the 3rd Floor, you need to go all the way to ground floor to ask for anything. Fourth, no matter what the price is shown, they will charge you their price and, if short, will ask you to pay the balance amount. Fifth, service? what? No such word exists here. Stay on road but dont live in this hotel.Only the staff and owner are good, not the service

It is a very bad hotel. I had called while booking the hotel, They toot me that this is a Couple friendly hotel. When I arrived at hotel in check in time, They did very bad behavior. Do not go to this hotel, it is a very poor hotel, you will talk to something else and face it very different. That means no any talking value, There is no excuse for this kind of issues. I was very unhappy with the behaviorof this hotel, and I suffered a lot of problems also.

Most useless hotel, most untidy rooms, no hot water facilities as the water heaters won't work. Staff is very rude. Linen is very bad. Breakfast is poor. Overall very bad experience. Don't go by the pictures in the application.

Worst hotel and even more worst staff and manager in the world. Did not even provide fresh bedlinen or blanket or water in the hotel. And the staff was rude too. Waste of money and time and embarrassing. Stay in the road but not in this hotel.

Nice place Rooms 5/5 Neat and clean Room service 3/5 ₹₹ You can enjoy this beautiful scenery from the balcony (common balcony).

The management is so good.It give a nice cozy touch to there guest. It's garden is so nice .
