During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a unique hotel THE GRAND HOTEL situated on the 3rd floor of a bustling mall. This hotel offered a blend of convenience, comfort, and style, making my stay truly memorable.

Staffs are rude specially the receptionist as well as their duty manager. Worst experience ever. Foods served inside room was the worst food i have ever had .. better order from outside. Never stay in this hotel. They treat married couples too as unmarried couples just coz u dont hv id cards with similar address. And make u feel embarrassed. Nowhere in any other hotel which has different pricing for married and unmarried couples. We had our names on passport and a marriage certificate still they charged us price for unmarried ones which anyway shud nt be their business. They most probably are running illegal business there for unmarried couples . They do not even know what corporate pricing is. They charge higher pricing than normal while norm is that corporate pricing is always lower than normal pricing.

One of the worst hotel in muzzafarpur even manager hotel manager mr Sanjay is very cheap person. He don't know how to behave. Food is totally zero in taste and quantity. Staffs and manager try to cheat with customer so they caan earn money without giving bills. Never use this hotel for statu aur for food... Zero zero
