Hotel Gayatri Palace

This is big hotel nd banquet hall. Easy to reach location. Big parking area. All staff behaviour is very good nd good manners. 👍👍

Location is outside of city, staffs are very careless. Pathetic brakefast facility they say we have buffet breakfast and in buffet they give two items and maximum time that buffet is also not available you cant get brakefast before 9:30 as there kitchen starts very late. And the manager ( the fat man) is too rude seems to represent himself like owner . I am sure owner must be a good person. Just because of the liberty given to staffs they are being rude. Finally I must say I won't be visiting this property again . I can sleep at railway station but not there.

Hi...I am delighted to share my experiences with HGP, recently at the last moment I visited there and celebrated my wedding anniversary there i meet shalinder ji he is the person arrange and provide the best service, I really enjoyed with food thank you for everything.

When I'm calling gayatri place every time they say please call after 2 hours. No one has etiquette on how to talk to a person.

Located close the zero mile circle. This place is good stop for anyone. However the quality of rooms/ service is extremely poor. You may have booked multiple rooms but at the end no matter how early or late you arrive- you will be greeted with a waiting card as your room is getting ready - out of my 7 visits, 6 times i have got the excuse that it was an end moment rush

Stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet and bedding. The bathroom had mold and a broken showerhead. The staff were unresponsive to our complaints and seemed disinterested in helping. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Only thing I liked about this hotel is its location. This hotel is focused more on banquet hall and its events and very less attention is given to room service. Cleanliness and hygiene of toilets is very poor not even in its suite room. What's more disappointing was its furniture in suite room. This hotel is overhyped and overpriced. Only banquet hall options are good.
