Hotel Satkar

I stay here for 1 night only and few hours of day time. 1) poor maintenance 2)my room no.55 shower not available 3)old model tv without connection 4)inverter for night only thy are not use inverter at day time... 5)i was stay in milan hotel single room in bettiah 5* experience... but this hotel is 0* 6) you cant lock bathroom door... 7) no ventilator exist in bathroom or attached toilet. 8) mattress not available in bed 9) no privacy bcz of window without glass 10) water leakage from walls like tip tip barsa paani.

It is purely a residential hotel, famous for the middle class people at affordable rates for staying here, it is situated at Jawahar Lal Road Muzaffarpur 842002.

I don't have option for zero star. Pathetic customer service at reception counter.
