First of all hotel embassy international & hotel embassy grand are equal and having just floor-wise difference..My experience is : worst hotel I ever had in my life..pathetic room service , unhygienic ambience poor service bad food AC not working properly in executive premium room.. not advisable for family. waste of money

Very bad experience staff is not skilled they don't have any communication skills don't know how to talk to customer rude behaviour. In room nothing badsheet is very dirty balancket is already used overall not worthy hotel 🛏️ don't waste your money, washroom is very very bad nothing inside the washroom bath table not provided shampoo not provided shop not provided towels are dirty and very old.

very bad experience no manner of hotel staff he/she misbehave with me at last because of period blood 1 drop spread in bed hotel staff charged for 300 rupees women menstruation general but hotel staff misbehave with me very shameful don't visit here

Writing while staying in this hotel on 17.06.2024 around 8.00 p.m Worst ever hotel. Better to stay somewhere else. Avoid this hotel even it gives you free of charges. Reasons : 1. The person at the reception is adamant, and full of ego, rude, ill-mannered, discourteous and unciviled. I checked in around 2 p.m on 16.07.2024, and went for walk in evening and bought a sealed water bottle from outside. When I entered in the hotel the egoist recpectionist shouted that outside water not allowed. 2 further he shouted whenever you go outside keep the room key with me. I said why. He said "bus rakhna padega aur jaida bolega to abhi check out krwa dunga" He does not show the rules and regulations before checking and make awkward rules by himself. If I was wrong then he may politely say it, but the way he shouted shows his behavior towards customer. 3. the reception person was also claming that he is the owner of this hotel. Is the receptionist is the owner?, I think not. Don't go unless management changes the receptionist and depute some polite person at the reception.

Managers are freaking rude. They're always up for a fight keeping themselves in pretty aggressive mode. I asked them to clean my room at 6PM and it triggered them and one of the receptionists started behaving very rudely with not just abusive language but also aggressive body language. Avoid this hotel.

It's a very good hotel in the budget. Food is very good. Quick service and courteous staff. The hotel provides arrangement for Driver if you are travelling in a private car. Rooms are clean, well arranged and with all basic facilities. Highly recommended.

Rooms are neat and clean and spacious too, service is also more or less ok.... because of wedding season they are occupied with good number of guests and they are not able to cater well. We ordered our breakfast and was served after 1 and half hours. Location wise close to railway station.
