Good hotel to stay in the heart of the city. Hotel has nicely designed rooms. Offers complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi facilities. Hotel offers same day laundry facility as well. The hotel staff is very cooperative and are polite in nature. Food quality is good. Overall value for money to stay here.

Superb Hotel , excellent F&B service and food Supervisor Chandan is very dedicated and customer oriented person. He always go extra mile to ensure that guest is served well. He also guide other staff to perform well. Hotel is ultra luxury best in town

I recently visited Royal Phular, one of Muzaffarpur's most reputed restaurants, with my friends to celebrate a birthday. This place used to be known for its class, reputation, and consistent quality, but unfortunately, I must admit that their standards have dropped significantly. It seems like they are now cutting costs, possibly unable to retain a permanent chef, as the taste of their dishes varies each time. Yesterday, we ordered Royal Patiala Murg, Tandoori Chicken Tikka Masala, and Drums of Heaven. From starters to desserts, the taste was disappointing and, to be honest, below average. Let me start with the Royal Patiala Murg. Traditionally, this dish includes egg rolls stuffed with chicken mince or small chicken pieces. However, what we received was subpar. The egg rolls barely had any chicken. In fact, out of four rolls, only one had 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken, while the rest were filled with extra vegetables. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he called the manager. The manager claimed that one plate was meant for two people, which doesn’t justify the lack of chicken in the rolls. Even if it were for two people, each roll should ideally have 3-5 chicken pieces or some proper chicken stuffing, but that was missing altogether. Next, the Tandoori Chicken Tikka Masala lacked its usual flavor and was far below average in taste. For dessert, we ordered ice cream. Even something as simple as serving ice cream was mishandled. The scoops were poorly served, without any effort to make them presentable. It looked like they just scooped it out in haste and placed it on the plate. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially for someone like me, who has been a loyal customer of Royal Phular. I’ve hosted many family functions here and celebrated every birthday from 2018 with my friends and family at this very restaurant. I even chose their buffet over others despite being a local resident because of the superior quality they once offered. Their other branch in Misthanpur has always been one of my favorite places, and I had previously given Royal Phular a glowing 5-star review for their excellent service and food. However, after yesterday’s experience, I felt compelled to delete my old review and replace it with this one to reflect their current standards. I hope this feedback helps them understand the importance of consistency and quality. After spending ₹2200 on such a disappointing meal, this review is the only way I can express my frustration.

While it may seem slightly expensive compared to other local hotels, the quality of rooms, food, and services generally justify the cost. With minor improvements in service efficiency, this hotel can offer an even better experience for its guests. Note: Please ensure water pressure from the Western toilet faucet!!!

I am sharing you the real story, We booked this hotel for my sister's engagement, Even after reminding manager serveral time, the manager forgot to make the decorated gate, reminding them of making the seating arrangement, manager lied at the time that there is nothing in written as such. We requested them to create standee for which they charged, they get it arranged after 1 hour of the function with multiple mistakes. One good thing was, All the team was quite amazing, helpful like Mr. shambhu, and the operation staff and the manager but the booking manager Mr. Amit was rude and ignorant. So please be aware before booking any function with them, get everything in written. Thank you! Writing the feedback on the basis of my experience.
