Hotel Siddharth, Rajgir

Highlight of this hotel is it's mentally unstable owner. We were a group of 30+ tourists travelling around and landed here through the tour operator. This owner guy has least respect for customers. There was no lift facility, there were aged people struggling to walk the stairs. We all had same experience with the owner. In one instance there was no hot water facility and when questioned, the owner said " what can I do about it.." !!! I would suggest if people have an option elsewhere avoid this hotel

Very bad experience. Hotel owner is very rude and full mental. Shouts at customers. No support from owner for any problem. Rooms in pathetic condition

I have visited this hotel one day back. This was the worst experience to be the guest of this hotel. None of the facilities were up to the mark. Though the room was big and specious but it wasn’t clean enough to stay. Blankets were also dirty. If we talk about staves and their presence, then I would love to give zero star for them. When we have entered the room, we have seen bath tub but it was not running properly, we have asked to the manager about this so that he can arrange some alternative or change our room. He said it will be resolved soon. We have waited for the whole day but no one came for this. Next day morning, we asked for cups etc to make tea and called to the reception, but no one came. They have excuses for every problems but no solution. This kind of response we have got in this place which was not acceptable at all. This is the best tourist place to visit in Bihar for each one of us. So, I request to the manager of this hotel to look into these problems so that guests will give you good remarks and comments from heart. Last but not the least, this is the over priced hotel on the basis of their amenities. So, I will strongly not recommend this hotel to any one. Such a worst and horrible experience I had.

Very expensive, but he has not given any tea water bottle, average clean, they are also not accept onile or card payment. They receive only cash payment. If we demand for online payment, he ask 12% extra. Behaviour is very rude.

We stayed here for one night during our Patna- Nalanda- Rajgir- Bokaro trip in private car. Although I hadn't booked room online, but I had talked with manager on phone in advance since I was travelling with kids and wife. This hotel is located on main road and very close to many tourist attractions. If visiting Rajgir by car, this hotel is very good for short stays. Staff is friendly and cooperative. They allowed us to choose from rooms available. Rooms are good for budget. Although bathroom was without exhaust fan. TV was also not functional in the room but it was not in our priority.

Nice place on very good location but lack of cleanliness, inexperienced staff, If management try it may improve.
