If you are really looking for a calm, peaceful and premium stay nearby Patliputra Junction Railway Station, you must try this. Staffs are supportive and their services are premium. Food is absolutely delicious. They maintain proper hygiene. Although they could add some more varieties to their menu and some snacks for evening time especially (it was really missing from the menu). Check-in is really smooth and Rooms are pretty decent. I'll give full marks to their neatness and cleanness. Hotel is located in a best peaceful environment which will make you feel safe and calm. You'll also feel safe and better if you are looking for a couple friendly stay too. Reception is always ready to help if something needed, that's really nice of them. Overall ambience was great and my experience was really better. I'Il love to go there if i visit again. Loved this.

Worst food management A long plastic was found inside my food and in the home delivery system they misplaced my food. Even their service captain is also rude and asks to pay over the billing amount. Not recommended if you're thinking to spend your precious time

This is a good hotel in Ramnagri area in Ashiana nagar colony,it is new and well maintained.Rooms are of average size not so big but are well designed. Banquet is also available for small functions.Service and food is good but employees are not so caring and cooperative. I attended a function in their banquet in mid summer but AC in the banquet was not working,hospitality and gesture needs improvement.

We went for a get together with family and they placed us at an open air terrace at 7th floor. The place was adequate for a small gathering of 10-12 people with a perfect night view of Patna city. However service was very slow.

Worst service, Unprofessional staff. Service quality is too low. Behavioral of staff are like goon will talk to you rudely. Book the hotel on your own risk.
