1. The manager overcharged us, taking advantage of our situation. 2. Room was filthy, bed sheet was filthy, closet was nasty, tables were not cleaned at all. 3. TV was there but subscription was expired. 4. No slippers for toilet. 5. Our room was accessed in the our absence, without our consent. Avoid this place at all cost

Bad experience with Hotel staff and owner . They trying to blackmail you at any cost. Once you enter room and they don't give any room service and other facility like water .Room were not clean and hygenic also bathroom . they will saying room dekh ke lena tha , apko Pehle hi dikha diya gaya tha , rooms price will hike suddenly according to your situation and they don't give respect to customer and specially girls. You will mostly found teenager boy and girl in mostly room. Any time can raid here . And the most important part they never give you bills . Aap apne family ko milne ke liye v nhi bula sakte h they willcharge extra not a single person. A totally very very bad experience. I never recommend to any person. You can get rooms at an affordable price... You can pay online also, many places we face the cash only issue but here you can pay using upi apps and other options... Service was okay with a friendly front office person... Here room prices are on a 24 hour basis... This is one of the many hotels available near Patna Jn Railway station... The room I stayed in was a very small one with an attached bathroom but it was okay okay since I wanted under 500 rs it is okay for a single person to have a good rest... One drawback is they don't supply drinking water which they could add... anyway water can be purchased from nearby stalls ..

I gave 4 star because of cleanliness of both room and bathroom. But the fact this hotel is worth the price. At 500 Rs they're giving a good small room. And if you go with 900 Rs they have bigger rooms rooms too. But the things is they provide quality room and washroom. Also they have lift. It's so hard to find clean hotel rooms near Patna junction but this and Hotel fort near this. Both provide quality rooms. Hotel fort charges 900 for the same service which Hotel Shivansh is givit at 500 rs only. And both hotels are beside eac other so you can go and check them take.

Room was ok but the services are very poor. They are not providing even the basic facilities like clean drinking water, sleeper for room , no cleaning . And charging good amount.
