Worst experience ever. We reached at 11:30 p.m. we informed the hotel about our late arrival. Despite having a confirmed AC room booking, they refused to give us an ac room. After many requests, the staff at the reception rechecked and said that although there was a confirmed AC room booking, they could not provide one—only a non-AC room was available. So, we had to take the non-AC room. The bedsheet was awful, with multiple stains. The ventilation system was very poor. We had a booking for 2 days. On the second day, we faced a severe power cut issue. Every hour, there was a power cut lasting around 15 minutes on average. It was a nightmare. Do not even consider staying at this hotel if you are visiting Patna.

Please remove this hotel's name from every booking app portal. I booked an ac room on prepayment for 2nights a month ago via go Ibibo. On arrival the manager denied me an ac room saying there is no ac room available, and handing me over the keys of a non-ac room.. He was defending himself and was telling us to talk to go Ibibo board about the issue.. He was so rude and saying "lena hai toh non-ac room hai warna aap kahi aur dekh lo"... The room he provided was so ill-maintained, soiled bedsheets and towel.. On complaining he was saying it's clean, please adjust yourself. I would have rated negative if there was an option. Please look into the matter #goibibo

My Worst experience ever. Hotel rooms are only used for physical relationships and room conditions are very basic everywhere I found the hair of girls on the floor and bed sheet or pillow. I booked a room at this hotel via Oyo with wifi and ac but they didn't give me an ac room or wifi connection. When I raised questions against the wifi and the ac reception boy said to me check out now at 11:30 PM. Mosquitoes found everywhere in the hotel in huge quantities are very dangerous children's. The electricity connection breakdown in the midnight hotel didn't have power backup it's very horrible for a single person because you can't see anything else or and no one found it in the hotel at night because the hotel rooms are blank at night they had only 1-2 room booking for a night stay. Receptionist boy have poor knowledge in all things. He said not to pay your payment through the Oyo app otherwise I charged again otherwise you pay on my hotel QR code.
