Stone faced and rowdy staffs specially at the reception! Also they will charge you extra money before you can check in. They don’t care if you paid already or booked by Booking.com or any other

Firstly, the hotel staff is really unfriendly and doesn't know how to talk properly. They charged us double the money after we booked online. Even after paying, our guests had to wait outside for 4-5 hours. The hotel facilities are not good at all. It's important to mention that all the reviews here seem to be paid; don't trust them, or you might end up being scammed. Our genuine experience highlights the issues we faced, so it's crucial to be cautious when considering this hotel based on potentially misleading reviews. We had a bad experience, so we don't recommend this hotel at all.

Beware! Do not book online, you'll not be allowed to check in unless you pay extra at the hotel at the time of check in. You'll be asked to vacate the premises immediately if you do not pay. If you end up paying extra, make sure you get the receipt which shows the hotel name in it as proof so that you can at least try to get the money back through your complaint on the booking app

Extremely pathetic service, disobedient staff and no inhouse kitchen, one who stays here will have to taste food from unhygienic and unhealthy roadside food stalls.

I feel very comfortable with the staf. They are very friendly and professional as well. When ever they meet always greet you with a smile. Very clean room and well maintained. Foods are awesome and rates are very reasonable. I recommend to visit once. Thank you. Keep it up. See you soon
