But when I went there, they said that you will have to pay extra money separately, whereas I had already booked the room 2 days ago, now what could I do in that situation, I gave him 500 extra money. You have to take as much as you want. Later these people take advantage of the opportunity

Hotel owners is very cunning and shrewd, he denied the check-in for booking which was done on app, he said if you want you can contact the customer care but I won't allow check-in, he insisted on offline booking because on app the price is around 500 to 600 while offline he 8s charging around 1000 ₹. He openly said you shouldn't have booked the hotel online. He wants to charge extra, on contacting the customer care he denied talking to them.

Overall i had worst experience. I would suggest oyo to remove your franchise from this hotel. Hotel manager was a kind of fraud person. Even i booked rooms there using oyo app he told if some one come offline to book room he will sell them as they are paying more. That is what happened when we have to checkin. I have booked 4 room with oyo but manager given room of only 3 key saying other one sold out. Since its urgent for us we didn't argued. Please take serious action against this people

Worst hotel in patna I book a room from goibibo. When I reached there they said that there is no booking and they did not allowed me to stay and forcly I have to leave the hotel

They don't even provide packaged drinking water, whole nonsense. First they will refuse online booking then get them scolded from OYO they will provide you room further.

A really bad experience manager is a goon. Even with the booking it is saying already booked. Really bad experience never ever go to this hotel

Denied check in. The people are like no online booking. Rooms are filled with offline booking .
