I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand Empire, and I must say it exceeded all expectations! The hotel truly embodies luxury and comfort, offering spacious, elegant rooms that make you feel like royalty. Every room is designed to provide an indulgent experience, with premium amenities and impeccable cleanliness that shows their commitment to hygiene and guest well-being. The culinary experience was equally outstanding. The hotel’s restaurant serves a wide variety of dishes that are not only delicious but also made with fresh and healthy ingredients. Every meal was a treat, and the chefs clearly take pride in delivering both quality and flavor. One of the highlights was the scenic terrace lawn—perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or a romantic evening under the stars. The terrace also provides a beautiful view, adding a touch of nature to the luxurious surroundings. Above all, the hospitality at The Grand Empire was exceptional. The staff was attentive, polite, and always ready to help, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. Their dedication to providing a hygienic and well-maintained environment was evident in every corner of the hotel.

Extremely extremely poor room service. I don't know how can there be confusion in taking order every single time . We were there for a week and every single day there was confusion in taking food order . After waiting for good half and hour you call just to get that there was no order placed at all . God knows why so much confusion and kitchen service is really very slow not just when you order in room but in there restaurant as well . Very very slow and definitely needs better time management there.

Very disappointed with my stay. Booked Through MMT where whole lot of amenities were mentioned but unfortunately one had to ask for even sleepers Room is small and toilet is barely 6*6 out of which 3.5*6 in is partition making both cubicles very small . Light was not functional in bath cubicle and no hand towel provided . Newspaper wasn’t there as told by MMT. Complimentary water provided was two half litres bottle while one purchased were of 1 ltr Staff exceptionally slow in service and non attentive Management must wake up & learn tricks of hospitality industry Hope they improve

The room is so small, tiny! Don't go on the nice reviews, may be they are paid. Starting from the bathroom, dirty bucket and mug. Toilet seat was yellow and dirty. Wash basin - after using water it gets filled, the water don't drain easily. Pink bottles for drinking water- they were also not clean. So we asked for the different and clean bottles. We were given 1 pair of nylon chapal and that was sticking on wearing. We had early flight in the morning so we had told the room service, and restaurant that we need 4 slices of butter toast at 6:15 am. First they told us they will give bread butter in the evening itself for next morning flight for this - we denied. And we had to call at 6: 30.am again for reminding but staff was sleeping and the toasts werenot given to us. We had to leave at 7 am and we left by experiencing the pathetic services, stinking rooms, unclean bathroom seat etc. Save money. We did a mistake just by seeing that the hotel is near the airport and fake reviews, we booked the room in this hotel. Don't do this mistake I request to all.

This restaurant is a hidden gem, offering both an exceptional ambiance and service. The menu is a perfect blend of flavors, with each dish meticulously prepared. The presentation is as outstanding as the taste, making every bite memorable. The staff espcially Mr Ranjeet (restuaurant manager) is extremely courteous and attentive, enhancing your overall experience. A must-visit spot for food lovers!

They say it's a 4 star property but it shouldn't even qualify as a 3 star. Food in their restaurant was pretty bad. I felt it was stale. The property doesn't have centralised air conditioning due to which the pathways to rooms are really hot. The split AC in the room also kept on making squeaky noises. It's right next to a flyover so you can hear noises as well.

On 10th August 2024 I went to The Hotel Grand Empire for its event Patna Media Gala , it was organised for the motivation and facilitation of media person . I was amazed to see their banquet , it was luxurious and spacious. The food quality was also very good . Their prices are high but it can be justified by the quality of food and service . I enjoyed the evening as there were many persons in the event and the host was amazing. The event lasted till 11PM but all the staffs were on their toes . I have attached some photos for everyone to want’s to check the review . You can definitely check this hotel out for your social or corporate events. It is located on Bailey road , near IGIMS.
