*Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend* We booked this hotel for three days, but it was a complete disaster from the start. The room was not prepared for new guests and felt like someone had just used it before us. It was shabby, unclean, and poorly maintained. The washroom was in horrible condition and had an Indian-style toilet, which was unexpected and inconvenient. The location was another nightmare—there’s no proper road leading to the hotel, making access very difficult. To make matters worse, there was no restaurant on the premises, leaving us with no dining options nearby. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and overall one of the worst we’ve dealt with. Adding to the misery, there were no lifts in the hotel, which made moving around even more frustrating. We were also not refunded the booking amount even after all this mess and chaos. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a hotel. Avoid this place at all costs—I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We booked it through fabhotels website. We reached there late night at 11 , n on reaching the receptionist told that they don't have any room available for that value n we have to pay more. We denied to pay any more , then he talked to fabhotels n his owner n then gave us a spare room which was not the premium room we booked online. It looked like it was for their personal use. Bathroom was not clean, used condoms were thrown in a corner. No bucket , towels , sleepers n toiletries were available in the room. Although on asking he gave us. The receptionist was fine , he was doing his work. The management needs to check with their partners about the prices before signing the deal. But the whole process of check in n hustle in that was very tiring especially at mid night after travelling. I had an exam next day early so we couldn't take pictures of the room unfortunately. Bad experience.

Rooms are infested with rats and mosquitoes. No car access to the hotel, you have to walk in a small 100m road to reach the hotel. Good location, everything is nearby and accessible. Guy at reception is sweet and is helpful.

this hotel have been a great experience to me . the staff being polite at its peak .the rooms very really clean and also the parking is so spacious . i give it a 10 out 0f 10 . I think its the the best hotel if you look around trust me or experience it and then believe me
