Hotel Mamata

It was the first time that I visited a five start hotel. Tbh, Food was okay. But ambience ❤ I have never seen the kind of service that was provided at mamta. People there greet you as if they were waiting for you the whole day. If you ask for water, everyone who heard will go to bring water ensuring you get it on time.

Nothing is good in this hotel. Rude staff, unhygienic rooms, tiny bathroom, no cleanliness in room and bathroom, dirty blankets and rooms r full of mosquitoes. Staffs have no manner to talk. Specially in reception the staff is very rude. No manner to talk to senior persons also. I will not suggest anyone to stay here even for 1day. They r very arguing in nature. Once u get inside the room then they will show their true color.

Most disgusting place in the city to stay. Not even basic services available, like to use toilets we were asked to go to other room because our rooms flush was not working. In morning there was no hit water and the service sent us a bucket of hot water to take bath. A/C was at 28 whole night and they did not have remote to change the temperature. Yeah entire night we all were feeling like flying as mosquitoes were about to lift us and go away. Never ever think of staying here. Did I mention that we were not supposed to touch wall or floor because it had coat of dirt.

Very horrible experience. Please avoid booking here. Staff is totally untrained and lacks basic etiquette [vyawahaar]. Amenities are pathetic.

Resonable rate and good service. situated in the heart of market , five minutes walking from bus stand. Food is good. Hotel manager and owner both are gentle and polite.

It's a horrible experience to stay at Hotel Mamta in Rajgir , it has a very poor service with rude behaviour . The rooms are not at all maintained properly, their was no curtains in windows & no door handle, the blankets were dirty & stinky. The toilets were like hell, it's very stinky and the water pipes were also leaked with no exhaust facility. The given pictures of the rooms and the actual scenario is very different. Overall, it was a mess staying there. Room size is 7 feets × 8 feets. We are very disappointed.

worst experience. TV not working in entire span of stay. AC was not working smooth. gave problem numbers of time. Bathroom door lock broken. bathroom dirty. no lift. waste of money.

It's a hotel with worth staying for a family. If you are on a tour to Rajgir then please select this hotel. I stayed there for 3 days. All support staffs are excellent and on time with their duties. Managers and the Owners are helpful for everything. They helped my aged Mom in all way as she is their mother. Really grateful to have this kind of hospitality. I never got this kind of hospitality in any hotel as they provided. They have good and quality food services. ATM and Market is within 1 minute from hotel. Medicine shop also nearby. Naulakha Temple and Digambar Jain Temple are opposite to the hotel. Brahma Kund is also nearby from hotel. They have owned car facilities from Bakhtiyarpur to Mamata Hotel to and fro and also for sightseeing.
