This hotel is a scam, they will lie and cheat to get higher price. There was mice in the room and it smelled horrible etc. My strong advice is to stay away from this place.

It’s a very bad experience in my life. I never recommend it, because it better if I stay outside in platform railway, Service also very bad, totally waste of money, even as every 30 minutes shut down AC . I realised if I stay outside it will be better, even bug on the bed. Very dirty environment , don’t know how they comment good

My self Allan a travel agent from Nepal I sent near about 100 passengers every day including tourists but never got a negative response but I really don't know what was the problem with Sebastian what was his problem I even recieved a video from the hotel where sepastian had accused the manager which was confronted the hotel is really good and the staff too plzz visit once n then give reviews or remarks
