Good hotel near Raxaul Junction but its not well maintained.

It's ok but there are scope of development. Rooms are clean but service is not upto mark. TV not working in several rooms. AC are functioning but service required. There are no arrangement of food. Open drain infront of hotel created bad smell and mosquito so much in hotel. Mosquito repellent supplied by hotel.

The place is extremely unhygienic. It is situated beside an open drain and thus is infested with mosquitoes. The rooms are very small. Sadly, it is only one of the two Hotels which are available beside Raxaul station and so one can't help but stay there in dire circumstances. For a single night, it is survivable but please don't consider staying there for more than that. The bathrooms, let's not go there. Ek raat guzaro, fir bhaggo wahan se Ben stokes.

Great Hotel with a true sample of excellent hospitality! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by staffs and general manager. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home . All respect for the general manager who does a great job here.

This hotel is not good for recommended anyone because behaviour of staff specially managers is very bad and service also poor but it is only the hotel in Raxaul you can stay if you need urgent work.

Claim to be a Manager of the hotel name - Kishore, The Most Worst person ever i came across.. Atrocious behavior, ill behaved with the guest is the foremost thing every guest should understand before going to this hotel, he is basically a goon of that area, shows how much contacts he have by just dialing a single number and threatening by his bihari local verses,showing openly that how bihari's are expert in destroying & ruining things( as per his words) . He doesn't have any sense of how to behave with the guest and NOT at all fit for a Manager post. He is basically a illiterate Influenced by few public like him sitting and doing nothing... Dont have any specific tarrifs claiming room rent as per his wish, if you enquired about booking a car for your tour then you are forced to take that car even though you are not interested, claiming different rates to book a car sometimes 6500/day, sometimes 5000/day all as per his wish... If you have just enquired about rooms availability then also they charge the full amount even though if you dont stay or if your tour plan got changes due to some reason, they are not bothered about the changes they are like you have booked rooms over phone then you have to pay the full amount & yes yesterday i have been forced to pay the room rent Unnessarily (as our plan got changed so we dint stayed at that hotel & had to leave for our home, we dint booked the rooms we just said over phone that incase we are reaching raxaul today we may need rooms for a night but our plan got changed and we dint preferred to stay on informing the same they created a chos & Harrased us so badly & make us to pay the money for the rooms)||Guys please dont ever visit this hotel, they know how to loot people & earn money desperately. Dont ever do a mistake of hiring a car from this hotel, dont book any tour packages... Your tour will be just ruined and you will loosen few of your money Unnessarily..||My experience can help you to save your trip & money.. Highly recommend NEVER TO VISIT THIS HOTEL.

Terrible behaviour from the hotel manager. Mediaeval mentality, very misogynistic. Rooms are okk but bathroom hygiene is nil. I will not recommend stay in this hotel if you are passing Raxaul.
