Hotel Shyam International

Great value for money. Right in the city centre.market is about 10 minutes walk away as is . Hotel itself was very clean... I am stay many times. we will be going back..

Yesterday I came from deoghar to raxaul for my brother's ring ceremony at hotel Shyam International. Staffs were good and friendly, but one of a a female maid came to my room and demand for money to take the service,that is not good for hotel reputations.

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel. Hotel service, room and everything is very well.. Hotel location is good it is nearst nepal Border.

Worst stay ever. Paid for AC room but they switched off AC after 1 hour of check in and said due to low voltage it's not loading. Staff are so rude. They took full advance. And rooms washroom tap handle fall when we open it. After complaining they just checked but didn't do anything. Please don't go there.
