Hotel Suraj

Bad infra, WC is at very height. Water issue, staff forget to switch on motor. Pathetic rooms service. Wrong commtments at help desk. They will commit you free food but at the time of check out it will be charged by simply saying that approval not came. No owner contacts available. They will switch off your AC, TV from backend. You have to request to switch AC, TV etc.

I just had chhole bhature and tea that day, and also had dosa last month. All eatables were tasty and good. However, suggest hotel owners to take care of cleanliness. Food is fantastic of course. I was there in the area only for few hours.

Very nice hotel . We check out at 3 am and got to know that train is 3 hours late , we returned back to room , they allowed us to recheck in . Cooperative and highly recommend hotel .

The double-bed rooms were clean and well-maintained, though slightly smaller than expected. The food was delicious, adding to a pleasant stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience

Awesome! I was happy with my stay at Hotel Suraj. It is very close to RAXAUL railway station (about an 8-9 minute walk), clean, and with friendly staff. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Really, no complaints - it's a nice cozy hotel located in the city center. The location is very convenient as all the attractions were within walking distance. It's a very budget-friendly hotel with decent rooms and a good breakfast spread. The staff was very nice and friendly. I enjoyed staying there. I would stay there again and recommend it to others

Hotel is good and service / staffs are really helpful. The manager Mr. Sachin is really polite and know how to handle customers. Its good experience overall. Search on face book / Google you will get the hotel's number. Must note: Ignore OYO, you will only be confused if follow them for booking. Pathetic customer support from OYO. The location is 10min walking from Raxaul station.... The room is okish... We ask for drinking water 3 times... Which was little annoying...
