This hotel is a good hotel. I recently traveled to Samastipur and stayed there for 3 days.Its almost 3 km from Samastipur station. It is located in the main city. Looking wise its nice hotel.Service is also good .you can choose this hotel surely

this hotel is very smart...Firstly they will spoil your function....they when I wrote bad review they told me remove it...now when I have not removed they have started lying just to cover their blunders.. Below is my experience...and it is 200 % true... My personal experience sharing with u all..it is one pathetic and unprofessional hotel I have ever seen. We booked their banquet for a marriage ceremony. In the middle of the marriage they ran out of food...their hide and seek game with mutton dishes was very annoying..they hiding the mutton dishes as if we have not paid for it...and when complained about it they started to fight with us and put us down in front of our guest. Rice, Naan and Dal was cold as if they are doing a favour to guests. Shortage of staffs, staffs eating before us, no server staffs, we served our guests despite booking a marraige hall. According to me and to my 265 guests it is a complete Waste of Money

Very good restaurant for food. Rooms are too comfortable. In samastipur there is no room service like this.

One of the best places for marriage ceremonies. The place has a big lawn which can easily accommodate more than 1000 people at a time. The lawns have statues which adds beauty to it. It also has a fountain which acts as a photo point during events. The place looks small from outside, however once you cross through the corridor, you end up in a big lawn. The corridors look beautiful after flower decorations. The whole flower decorations for marriage ceremony was also nice and beautiful. However the rooms were not that well maintained and had to reach out to help desk multiple times to get things done. The rooms are spacious though with king size beds.

All things of these hotel is excellent 😌 and good but service is poor because I book hotel for merriage ceremony 🎑 and lift service is not well good and security services is not good because my Freind phone is gone anyone stolen in hall room and i was go to checking camera and staff was not good and not checking many times later go to check camera and staff behaviour is not good 👎

Hotel services is very poor. All staff are lazy. Even they don't provide water to you before 8-10 reminder calls. They provide night tea in morning. And morning tea in night. Only warming the tea and provide to there customers. And they proudly accepts that the tea they provided was made earlier. There were no handle in washroom. They provide used bedsheets and towel. Even lift facilities is not available from ground floor.

Nice place to organize functions in mathurapur. Not in Town. Less parking zone. A little bit risky, as it is just on State highway. Visible in the traffic. Negotiable. Rooms available for stay. A restaurant available with 2 or 3 tables. Not too much costly. Locality is not good. You can call it "Okay".
