This has to be one of the best hotels in Samastipur. It is easily accessible & nearby railway station. The rooms are quite spacious & value for money. For 2.7k this room has all the basic amenities along with a bathtub. All the facilities were working fine. They also provide a compact heater in the room. The food taste can be little better but the quantity is sufficient. The compliment breakfast is also available in room. Overall it was a comfortable stay & I would recommend this hotel.

A little courtesy can help build the brand reputation especially with Corporate travellers. Since standard rooms were not available for second of the 2 nights stay, checking in at 9 pm, yhey could have upgraded my stay stay with a check out at 9 am following day. Small gestures but with lot of weight. Similarly service in restaurant can be improved. On both nights i had to go to the counter asking, if the order needs ro placed at the counter sonce nobody visited our table for 5 mins when onky 3 tables had guests.. Morning was much warm, with the waitress attending very politely with warm hospitality.

Pathetic service. 1 week ago i went with my wife and two kids at 6 am and they started room charge will be 3200. I told ok. Then they told 1 bed extra 1800 i told ok give me the room we hav two kids n its cold then thay added night charge 3000... i told brother 8000 for a room in samastipur is bit highr side. They suddenly started shouting ... ok go to other hotel and i with my family went to other hotel kailash inn in such cold.

This hotel is pathetic, the staff doesn't have manners, I will share my personal experience, Me and my wife were In a room, We ordered food, Food arrived at my door, Here's the story, The staff didn't even knocked my door, The entered the room with their master key, And disturbed my privacy, Hence, disturbing my privacy And they say that they have a strict rules for unmarried couples, And there is even a condition, That if you want to stay as a unmarried couple, You have to book 2 rooms, One for you, and one for the lady, My point, If I am 18+, Why do I need to go through these bullshit process, And the attendent, She is a lady, on the lobby ( I won't disclose her name) I just extended my room for 3 hours after my checkout hours, She asked me to pay for the whole day, And at the same time, She alotted the same room, which I was in, to a different couple, With the same price, And she even asked me to pay the room rent on her personal UPI id...... So the summation is that this is the worst hotel in samastipur The staff is doing what they want, I guess the the owner is either dead or a drunkard, who doesn't care about the reputation of the hotel.

Torn Towel was given. Bed sheet was dirty which was changed when I asked. Staff behaviour was casual, not professional. Small town hotels do not take guests seriously. Not value for money.

The food quality is amazing and the interiors are very nice. It's giving good aesthetic vibes. The menu is a little bit higher not like more than enough but yeah it's quite good. So as compared to food the price is decent. And they also give quantitative food means quantitative and qualitative both.

Food never served on time, they take orders but make it late and give excuses a lot. Never try fancy food here. Many items not available.poor room service.

Perfect place at a Perfect location with river view rooms and restaurant. The food is also delicious.
