Hotel River View

My experience of this hotel is that there is a good system here. Cleaning is also very good and the manager's behavior is very good and the staff is very good, everything is ok.

Unprofessional behaviour of receptionist. Room charges and hall charges are over priced and were not upto the mark. Quality of food service is very poor. Strongly recommend not to book for family function or event.

All facility and behavior of manager very well. People try to use one time facility of this hotel.

Worst hotel..bad service and rude staff...they took 1 lakh but there is no decoration and no room service. Food also they have not provided if we ask again. Dnt go for this fake hotel

Update: Immediately after my review, hotel management got two paid 5 star reviews to hide my real and honest review. But smart people will understand this well. Stayed for 3 days during marriage function. Bedsheets provided were dirty and they don't change it unless you ask for it multiple times. Towels not provided Washroom stinks a lot. Flies everywhere. Hardly one or two staff for entire property. Charge premium mainly because local people find such hotel good in otherwise typical Bihar town.

No Hygenic place always knock for basic amenities like soap, shampoo,replacement of bed sheet after 4 days stayed bathroom exhaust fan was replaced on last days after repeated request. Hotel having minimum no of staffs. Suggest to proper planning with increased staff.
