Worst experience we had in this hotel. Staffs are arrogant, service is very poor. AC doesn't work properly. And overall they hotel authority insulted use saying " bangal meine chalta hai. Service ka baat yanha na kahiye" |Very bad 😞 experience

Hotel staff not respecting customer need and voice,very bad service. Like-:1.Water spreads in the room from washroom. 2.anti-mosquitoes refill(Good night) is not available, even after reporting.

The best hotel in samastipur. Excellent service provided by a bunch of groomed staffing. We have regular visitors and held multiple functions like wedding reception and all types of parties and every time we have happy with hospitality. Best hotel in the city and you can explore hotel rooms and space It best place to spent your good time with you family and friends

A good hotel is one which offers good service. Nope that is very bad scale to understand how good a hotel can be. Here rooms are dirty, bathroom is awful, reception is creepy, phone doesn't work and there is an enormous amount of dust. Still these guys fixed it within an hour when we were not there. They are not good, great or awesome. They are just average but they understand what need to be done to make people comfortable.

Worst ever experience . I have nothing to say about services. (1) A/C when electricity is available u will get A/C otherwise u can understand. (2) Towel changing every after 4 days . (3) Bed sheet after 2 days 😢😢 I have been here since 2 months for company work just.....
