Hotel Maurya Royal

The most irritating experience I've ever faced at this hotel. Really poor maitainance, bad smell and full of rat and cockroaches are there. Food was also pathetic. They are always busy in taking money but not ready to deliver. The room I've opted for Rs. 1650/- is a executive room but its actually not worthy and I think they need to reassure on their tarrif and service both.

Avoid this hotel at any cost. We have booked the Luxury room & up to 4 guests are allowed as per the booking app, we were three & booked for three. The receptionist argued with us that three persons can't stay in a room. Whatsoever, let's come to rooms, they are tiny & of course not luxury one as shown in the pictures. The rooms were dirty & full of small cockroaches as you can see in the photos. Bathrooms were also not cleaned properly, water was coming out of the knobs etc. We didn't enjoy staying here.

This hotel is very best I advice to all of u please visit there once.. O personally experience was very good Best hotel in sasaram Good members in the hotel coprative satff Clean room and washroomBest hotel as no waist of money very cheap comparison of other hotels present in sasaramI've very good experience on this hotel !!! If you have good budget then you'll offcourse checkout this hotel.

The rooms are quite safe and undisturbed,but this becomes irritating at times cause the services are delayed.They might hide some extra charges.The location is having availability for the local requirements and stuffs.

Staff of hotels are uneducated.always they are making noise and walk out of the room,they knock gate always all the staff of the this hotels are uneducated.

Very very bad service provided by hotel staff. Very irresponsible staff and if you ask for any information they reply you in angry mode. When I was checking there no one cares about customers all staff members fighting each other to do work.😬
