They did not have hot water gave silly reasons like pipe is broken and all, secondly the blankets well smelly and thirdly the night staff will behave nicely on the first day but after that he won't talk to you properly also my room didn't had AC remote and had to sleep the whole night at 16c.

If you can read this then this is not the place for you. You better stay at your relatives. Only one staff for some 30 rooms. Nobody will answer your calls. Reception is mostly empty. We found lot of cockroaches and insects so we left at 1 am to our hometown.

Bad Experience With The Hotel Staff . Misbehaved And Gave Fishy smell Blanket. Don't know How They Manage Their Services. Smell we can't resist . Even after complaint they didn't change that . Night was a Nightmare .Thanks to this we didn't stay there after 1 single night ...

This place is good for stay. Services are good. And most important thing this palace is near the bhatapara bus stand so you can easily get buses.

Best hotel to stay at bhatapara. Owner and staff are nice in behavior and good in service . They are ready to provide everything you need highly recommended

Near bus stand and walking distance from railway station. Good food arrangements nice and clean rooms. Good service from them. I really like this place.

Poor Quality Services by specially Night staffs .. at morning they gave us tea from outside thela thapri .. Don't go for it ..try another hotel. Don't stay here
