The hotel has good accommodation in the heart of the city. Rooms are neat and clean the same as captured in photos. Service is good, food and restaurant also good. Overall all good ambience. Cons: The room had an unpleasant smell because of high humidity. The hotel should have its own cake arrangement.

The rooms r spacious and well lit.good location and staffs r supportive.but it lacks in some basic requirements. There is no support backup, be very cautious about this.we had ran out of water in the bathroom by evening 7pm and there was no maintenance staff available till the next day, that too till 10am.there was no water in bathroom for apprx 15hrs,and we just had to bear that. Another complacency is with the room service from the kitchen. They wl blatantly say that breakfast in room dining after their breakfast time will only be the leftovers,even if u pay extra or they advertise room dining, their is no service. The order delivery is minimum 1hour. this hotel is more focussed for local parties and hooliganism with loud discomforting music, and not interested in their own hotel guests

The hotel room is maintained clean, complimentary breakfast also quite OK. But no fast response or service for solution of small problems like WiFi connection & TV recharge. Probably on austerity measure...

There was a pillar right in the middle of the room which made the already small room feel even smaller and claustrophobic. The staff and ambiance was good.
