A great and luxurious hotel. You can have food with music on, great service, nice staffs, lovely people. The bouncers are also so much humble. The cleanliness and maintainance is awesome. Great place for events and parties too.

Paid Rs 1800/day for 2 days (3600). Location is at the center. No Free Breakfast. As soon as I enter, I find a big fainted COCKROACH in my bathroom. Washed it away with water myself. Will I go again?? Maybe. But next time I will reserve rooms on their website and check whether they bill me more.

One of the worst customer service. They have no ethics, they don't accommodate simple requests from customers, the rooms were small, smelly, and the bed spreads were dirty. Don't book the hotel even if it's the last hotel in the city

One of the landmark hotel of the city. Placed in a good location along the highway. Amid the market to fulfill shopping desire as well satisfy hunger. Parking is also available. City and market view from the hotel. Rooms are cozy, decorations are average could be trendy. Recommended place for a day or two day visits. Staff is well behaved and co-operative. Round the clock service. Transportation available on demand. Some of the amenities are at par to market standards, some needs to be upgraded. Overall, a good place to spend time for personal as well as business visits. Suitable for family.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The night staff seemed unprofessional, making me feel uneasy. To add to the frustration, none of the facilities were working, and when I requested basic amenities like water and hot water for a shower, the staff denied assistance.
