Very bad service I was visited with my friend and they not clean their dustbin they are not cleaning. Also they are showing online booking but not doing.manually booking. Also from guest charges they are looting money.

I was booked a room on OYO but at the time of check it they told me to pay the difference because the actual room rate is Rs 900/- Don't book the hotel because no transport facility is available there and the behaviour was very bad. They just make us fool as we go there after booking then they demand extra money and people have no choice to go to any other place. They are using website sites only for customers.

They confirmed online booking and when i visited the hotel for checkin they denied and asked for extra amount. It was 11:00pm and raining heavily outside and they said no rooms are available if you have booked online but if you pay extra then rooms are available
