Stay was good and the team was helpful.. please specify to the inhouse restaurant team if you are a pure vegetarian!! We ordered paneer gravy and roti, we got chicken piece in Paneer Gravy.. that was disappointing! Other than that one instance, stay was pleasant , they have ample parking space and staff were helpful.

Very Worst Experience.. I would suggest not to book this hotel.Rooms are very small and conjusted.Very bad service.I would like to share my short story I ordered sandwich which was very disgusting in taste and during the payment I paid online and money was deducted from my account but they said due to some technical issues they didn't receive so they asked me to pay again saying that I'll get my refund.Its been more than 10days but I haven't received my refund yet despite asking for like on a daily basis..

Gate keeper security gate keeper, catring staff way of talking is so poor. So poor service. Demanding tips and whatever we give her , she demand more tips... It's pathetic it's disgusting

Very very bad behaviour of the staff and refused check-in after waiting for 4 hr worst place to go waste of money and time very rude staff and refused to cancel the booking as well

Very worst hotel experience i ever had in my life.....staff is soo rude and misbehaving....totally untrained staff...the food is totally unfresh, uncooked and unhygienic......the manager is sooo rude and agressive....never visit this place ever again i was there for 4 days its like burning my own money.......
