SPOT ON City Tower Inn

Worst place you can think of. No ACs and no windows. The coolers are useless. Staff was rude too. The nearby hotels were way better but we already paid to Oyo for this. We were there and there were no lights tonight. Too many mosquitoes and bedbugs. It was painful. Oyo manipulated by giving this place 5*

though i want to give 5 star rating but some ponits i need to mention. 1. At the time of checkin the staff demanded extra money in a very low tone, when i refuse to give, he said ok. 2. Extra care should be taken in cleaning of washroom and water purifier. After all this place is value for money. And nearby Environment is good and clear.

I had booked room but after visiting they told me there is no any room available, you've to wait and asked me to visit near by places, and the biggest problem is WATER. There was no water availability in washroom for whole day means if you want to go in emergency they won't provide you water also. So if you're booking this hotel for 24 hrs. then its better you book other hotel... Because of these I'm rating it 2 star... otherwise everything is good with good staff and services and needed a little cleanliness...

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby to experience proper Indian cooking

Good Hostel with Good atmosphere. Parking space is more Mess facility is also available at ground level. All rooms having two single individual beds, one almirah, attached late-bath and a dessert cooler. Filtered Drinking water with cooling freezer is available during summer.

1st room was full of dirt n smell was there, informed in reception, he was kind after taking couple of minutes he arranged new room n food was good n staffs r cooperative also, so overall good experience
