HOTEL SHIV PRABHA INN

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The staff is very unprofessional. Nothing is particularly good here, the AC is not working. After telling the staff multiple times, they don't care about this thing.

One of worst hotel I ever stay there with my family and friends. They didn't have the proper room washroom and service. If you book ac room after payment if AC is is not working they didn't offer another room or no ac room price. If you are checking reviews didn't book this hotel. You can book any hotel in Bhilai that will very good for you.

One of the worst experience with me and my team stay there for a family function. Totally worst experience. I advise you never ever book this hotel. Room worst Service not up to the mark If you order a football tou will get it after 2 hours later. Staff is totally unprofessional

I'll not recommend this hotel to anyone. Their service was very bad. Washrooms were not clean. And AC was not working properly. I suggest you to check out other hotels nearby.
