Have stayed here many times in the last one year. The hotel is the most premium property available in Bilaspur city and very good for business travellers.|Check in and check out- Mr. Abhishek at front desk made things very swift and smooth.|Rooms are uptodate. Only have some complains with the aircon, where the thermostat was not keeping temp under control. Had to switch on and off manually from time to time.|Breakfast was a very nice spread and Chef Dharmendra made you feel really pampered.|A good change one can see since last 2-3 months is very polite, warm and helpful nature of the team making you feel very welcome.|For choosing rooms be very careful not to get a room near a pub in the neighborhood mall from which the music continues till late night, making it difficult to sleep.

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The restaurant at the hotel offered a wide variety of delicious options, from local dishes to international cuisine. Breakfast was a feast in itself, with a great selection of fresh fruits, baked goods, and hot dishes. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the service was impeccable.

Quite an improvement after my last visit. i used to stay at the hotel from 2015-16 to 2020ish for business purpose. There has been lot of improvment on Momos cafe. Hospitality by Chef Saket, Dharmedra and Staff Miss Julita, Nandini, Manisha, Mr Brijesh, Ashish and Nutan were always there to feel you at home during dinner time. Very nice to see old face like Mr. Pawan who has always been ready to serve in most humble way. Shout out to the GM of Hotel Mr. Antony and Front Desk Reprsentative Mr. Abhishek for their welcome during the stay..

It's just a luxury hotel. They don't offer much on veg non veg platters. They have only 2 items for chicken 2 for fish and 2 items of veg. There are many hotels that offer much in lesser amount. Don't fool yourself with the overhyped brand and infrastructure

Property is good. Shower gel squeezee is empty. Seeing this squeezee thing for the first time and it feels horrible. Service staff is very courteous and proactive. Managers are working as if they are doing some kind of favor by just letting you stay. No solutions, just attitude as if they own the place and you too..

One & only above 4* property in BILASPUR which is old one with low footfall of customers(mostly corporate clients). But the staffs are very generous & kind enough to extend support anytime with an open heart. Food options are very less but what ever they prepared is juz fantastic.
