Rooms are okay but the hotel owner sitting at reception is very rude. He doesn't allow the visitors. In nights if you go to your rooms after 10:30-11, he talks very badly and might not allow you to enter into the hotel. I booked two rooms for 14th Feb on the same day around 4pm and I cancelled the other on 10pm. But he took the full amount from me. Rooms are costly for sure based on the area of the hotel. Never recommend to anyone.

Very rude behaviour of receptionist and room service. Rooms have insects and cockroaches roaming around. No hot water facility, no proper restaurant and they are unable to serve what is there on their menu. Underqualified staff. No proper room service either. The bathrooms are very bad with improper plumbings and water leakage issues. The electric wall sockets are loose and are risky. Room prices are too high for a small and bad room like this. Avoid staying here.

Horrifying experience Initially when i checked in, it was difficult for the owner to imagine how a single girl can travel alone and on repeatedly he kept saying that he will not allow visitors in the room. I understood his ignorance but things got out of hand when I had a knock at my door around 2 a.m. I opened the door to find few policemen asking me questions About my purpose of visit etc. They were not accompanied by any lady police. It was a nightmare. The owner discarded it as a routine check up because of naxalities problem which is not true. Bilaspur doesnt have any problem from the naxalites. Other than this the beds were dirty and had stained lenin. The bathrooms are not user friendly. Loud air conditioning unit. The door doesnt have peephole to see who is outside and it is totally unsafe. Never going back there again. Horrible place

Very exorbitant price! High headed behaviour of manager and no facilty provided. Highly not recomended! Rooms are small, so are the wasroom! Geaser not provided! Total waste of money. Many other good hotels are available with economical rate and lots of facilities!!

There was an excellent experience.. hotel shubh shree was good choice to make peace and fabulous testy food... And the manager treat you life family members this was a wise man ... Nice...🙏🙏

I was stay this Hotel & service was very nice. His Manager was very nice person & very comparative Naturre.His tarrife is under bugget with AC.Food is very testy.hotel is near uslapur station so I suggest if you come bilaspur then you stay hear.
