OYO 78471 Hotel Platinum

No breakfast even though confirmed while booking. No facility for morning tea and coffee in room or service. Limited number of rooms with very limited space. Water supply is not 24x7 including hot water. No intercom facility. One has to call reception on mobile for every service. The television was not functioning. The laundry - bedsheet and towels are not sufficient clean. Printed GST bills not available. Inspite the payment was on arrival, they let sending mails for part payment for confirmation of room. However the personnel handling the services was courteous and did his best to manage under the limited circumstances.

Worst experience ever. Don't book this hotel. Rooms were not ready when i checked in. The staff made me wait for my room. No complimentary breakfast will be provided, even if you select it in the app. No bathing soap, mosturiser and water in the room which is basics of any hotel room. Toilets are worse. No dustbins provided. Improper door locking arrangement. Untrained staff. Overall Recommendation: DONT book this hotel.

Limited number of rooms with very limited space. Counter boy is a kind of being oversmart. Dirty rooms and washroom.

Wort experience... Water problem very big problem.... And room are different to its photo on oyo.... TV are not working...
