Hotel O Amaira

This is a hotel about which it is good as you speak less. Bad smelling rickety rooms with no minimum service. The toilets are unclean and shower does not work. The rooms are full of mosquitos as the sun sets on the dusk. Then you are not sure how long you have to spend hours in darkness and gloominess as loadshedding is a recurrence affair throughout the day. There is no power back-up. There is no minimum service of tea or snacks at morning or afternoon and no tea stalls in near vincity, that too negotiating a patchy muddy road with no street lamp. In short the the experience ay the hotel is a crooky disaster.

They charged me Rs.600 extra when I reached hotel even though I had paid full amount online while booking. There was no soap, no mirror, no toiletries, no geyser, no wash basin, no mug, no water bottle, no tea coffee, no cleanliness. The hotel staff was very rude and careless. I kept waiting for hours before the opened the doors. There are no door bells. Total mess in the property. Moreover, Oyo staff promised me to refund the extra amount but now they are declining saying that the bill is not proper.

I had a great experience at hotel. The room was clean and the washroom was hygienic. The amenities like AC, TV, fan and parking were there. The staff was polite and helpful. Check-in was very smooth. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the city!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's located in a very nice area, the room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was helpful and respectful, and I got good value for my money. The only negative I have is that parking facilities were not available

Staff was vry kind and polite. But iam not satisfied with room & room cleanes. Shower was not working.. nd rain's water were entred in d room through window even window was off. But hotel experience is very nice. Thankyou Oyo.

I stayed at the hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was on good behavior, and the amenities were nice. I would recommend it to others.
