One of the best hotels in bilaspur if you are a couple. smooth check in and check out, the staff were well trained and behaved very nicely, there were no disturbance after check in. we didn't order food so can't tell about it, rest the experience was excellent. Location is not too good I would say there is Liquor shop aside of the hotel but that is not a major issue when you're inside the hotel.

Worst service...the worst rooms,AC in dirty condition.Doors in damaged condition.at the time of check in ,they say one price,during check out they demand extra money.They don't allowing digital payments.Boy nominated for service not respond properly,works on bride only.That guy attracts you by speaking native lanagauge of yours at time of check in.

Very bad experience with this hotel, room service is not proper, no hot water availability in bathroom. It is a couple friendly hotel & here short time booking available for couples only for some other purpose ( you know what I mean ) . They also don't allow outside food & their food quality is not good enough & it's very costly also. Overall faced very bad experience.

AC was not working. I was sweating whole night AC was running at 17 but not cooling at all. I had complementary breakfast with my booking, staff said it will be sent to your room but no brrakfast was provided. My booking was for 2 days, but they forced me to checkout in just 1 day saying rooms are not available. It was an harassment staying there. Staff behaviour was good but still I had so many issues with no resolution. I checked out and finally had to book another hotel for second night stay.
