We went for a dinner with our family's, the food was delicious, very well prepared and served, “I want to give a special shoutout to Prashant for making our dining experience truly memorable. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor enhanced our meal and made us feel valued guests. Everything was good but at last quit delayed with dessert so we cancelled that order,staff was good, service could be more better if there increases the staff so that they can serve on time.

In the city of Bilaspur, Hotel East Park is easily one of the gems where one may stay with a peace of mind, full privacy and good rooms. In house dining available and breakfast is complimentary ( with room plans etc ). Wifi was very managable. They take care and try to go the extra mile for your needs. All in all, very recommended for a stay. I will visit again if I am in the city. Great help from Yasir ji, Neha, khushboo, Reena , Tejkumari, Divya , Shyam , Dev and various others ( will add names as I recall ).

Bahut hi ghatiya hotel hai, service sabse ghatiya, food price is very high, you can’t control AC as per your own choice in room, it is controlled by out side. Fan also not working. Toilet is very congested. Not recommend

Very poor service & regular taste for their overpriced menu. I visited twice in 2mths one time ordered from Ala Carte & 2nd time opted buffet. In both types service is very bad & slow. We had to wait for minimu 45min to 1hr for every order & again we had to send it for improvment. In buffet also items finished very soon though whole restaurnt had only around 15-20guests then also it got finished & refilling was very late. Taste was very regular like normal cheap restaurant. Ceiling was leaking on informing them they said its from AC & switched off the AC. It has downgraded its standard in these years initially when it started everything was good.
