Disaster...Horrible... Terrible...Worst Pls note down issues 1. AC water leakage inside room 2. Washroom water was coming in bedroom 3. Commod water leakage, water coming out from beneath of commod. 4. Power cut off in the area for 2 hours, no generator backup. 5. No hot water 6. Dirty bed and pillows, seems used.. 7. TV wires all were hanging and it was not working When I called service no. (No landline, it was personal no. of the receptionist), I told AC water is dripping and that too on your own TV becs AC was on top of it, and water flow was continuous, he said no issue, 😭, use AC...I told water will fill inside room, he said no issue...what the hell... Dear visitors, It was my first and last visit there. But if you are going, go at your own risk. Highly non recommended..

Booked for 1 night and it was ok but bit costly as per the location mosquitos are all the where bathroom not clean underground there is a bar and it was so noisy, recommend for couples only alone you can't live for a minute there, only plus point us the atmosphere along with the hotel is refreshing and clean.

I have visited this place hundreds of times due to my business related meetings This establishment is just on the highway so commuting is not a problem They provide us with calls and longs for our meetings which are spacious uncomfortable As far as the food is concerned the service is very slow and they don't even have a dedicated manager II II to look after where the needs of the the customers The quality of food is is good but not great so also they do not serve non vegetarian food products If at all you get non-vegetarian then they can serve it outside the halls on the Portico The staff is cooperative and they try to make you comfortable but due to the lack of enough staff that becomes bit difficult

Good option in small town Dhamtari. The rooms are old and have fungus inside the headrests. Good in soze rooms but Needs maintenance. Have large green lawn. Food is okay but delivery time is more. Overall the best you can get in that town.

The worst hotel experience ever, Firstly, goibibo and hotel is having some issues so they didn't got my booking of three rooms, we have to wait for 1 hour to get check-in us, because the concern person was not in the desk, secondly no one is there to help you with the baggage ( lift is not working) you have to carry your luggage by your self. Now third about the room, rooms were ok, but the bedsheet and the blankets were very dirty, no drinking water inside the room,hot water was also not coming in the taps where you need hot water call the reception (which will not connect from your room) and ask them for hot water, hotel guy will come and take you bucket and get you hot water. Honestly speaking I will never recommend anyone this hotel. Worst management.

If you wish to stay near Gangrel, at Dhamtari, and you need a parking space, it is one of the very few options. A budget hotel with minimal facilities ... But people are supportive. U may not get breakfast or dinner... But ample of options are outside the hotel. But if they serve some dish, it is good.

This hotel and restaurant seems to be one of most preferred options on the Dhamtari road. The story with the hotel that it has great potential but under delivers probably for the reason that it's hard to break even according to it's location. Once maintained, this can be a great stay prospect. It's a standalone building on the road with comercial complex in front and hotel on its backyard along with the restaurant. There are couple and double bed rooms available for reasonable pricing(higher end) and can be booked online. The restaurant has a Event Hall which can be rented & is fine having capacity to hold around 60-70 people. They do serve in-house food, and the quality as well as taste was good. The working staff is polite, smart and helpful. The owner is helpful, listens & delivers promptly. The location allows for easy access to major attractions in Dhamtari including Vindhyavasini temple and Gangrel. All in all it can be recommended for bachelor easily but would require little maintenance for family accommodation.
