Hotel Naman Heights

I recently attended an event at Naman Heights Hotel’s banquet hall, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The lighting in the hall was not functional, which created a less-than-ideal atmosphere. The service provided was subpar; the staff seemed unresponsive and unorganized. Additionally, the seating arrangement was problematic—guests had to sit in the same seats as the audience, and there were no separate sofas available for comfort. Although only 20 people attended, the hotel charged us for 30, which felt like a clear overcharge. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and I would not recommend this venue based on this visit.

Hotel is good. Maintainence is poor. Room service is pathetic, they forget basic activities such as to take away the used towels, replenishment of tea bags/milk powder AC failed to work during our visit and the whole staff was helpless and clueless. Thank God it was the winter season. However, the food was very nice, tasty. The restaurant staff was wonderful and courteous. The supervisor was a really cool guy. One can definitely visit for lunch or dinner.

One of the worst run hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff take no initiative and dont care at all about guests. When we checked in we were told the AC isn't working but is being fixed. The room was hot like a furnace. After an hour the AC when we checked they said the AC can't be fixed till the next day. If we hadnt asked they wouldn't have told us. We asked to be moved to another hotel and they said we could move to Naman Bastar. When we asked if they could arrange a vehicle to take us there they gaped at us. The AC seems to be a long standing problem judging from past reviews. The staff are utterly incompetent and just keep staring blankly when you ask anything. Pls avoid this hotel.

Clean and neatly maintained rooms. Not easy to find this place use google maps. Need to put a board outside the main road. Coming to the room service it is very good. Complimentary breakfast is provided. Washrooms interiors everything is fine. The breakfast served is tasty. Parking facility is also nice. Overall this hotel is good.
