Our stay here was amazing. The location is very convenient, only a 10 minutes drive from the railway station. Great hospitality, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the food was top notch. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms were very spacious. They maintain good hygiene and cleanliness habits. Their services were very prompt and efficient and the staff always had a warm smile on their face. And the best part is that everything was very reasonably priced here. Overall it was excellent.

The building comprises of rooms, banquet hall and a restaurant named 'infinity' on the roof top. The place is well maintained and is hygienic. From the entrance you can judge the service you are going to get. Ambience is very attractive. Place is located in the mid of city, so all the market place is near so you will not feel any difficulty. Plus point is it is on the road of Chitrakoot Waterfall. Banquet Hall is of good capacity. Rooms are also well maintained and the service is good . Staff are very polite in behaviour. The underground parking facility is there, so no worry about your vehicle. Vallet Parking facility is also there. The roof top restaurant is also good. Taste of the food is very good, they offer both veg and non veg food. The view from rooftop is mesmerizing.

It’s one of the best luxury hotel you’ll find in the location, so I do recommend. The staffs are really nice, they are quirky doing their job without even being noticed. I like how they are really doing their best. They respect boundaries, they don’t complain. I love them

While booking this property, I was a little apprehensive about the room & food quality....but then was very impressed when I found the room super clean & good delicious....2 things I would like to note down as a recommendation to the property... 1. When it rains , shift the restaurant from rooftop to the banquet hall... 2. When rooms are not fully booked , allow your guests to check out late. These small changes in policy makes a good hotel a great one..

Nice arrangements and enjoyed Hotel Stay. Only one thing to add and suggest is to improve Drivers accomodation area. Yesterday out driver is not able to sleep there as entire room is having dirty smell. As most of guest is coming to visit this place for official works and drivers proper rest is also equal important as next day they need to travel with the same driver.

We came here for Dinner @Infinity Lounge.. The place was so much happening and beyond our imagination...to see the well designed interiors with Green Plantations throughout.. FOOD ordered was Dal Tadka and Veg Biryani..it was excellent at Taste and could enjoy every bite of the mouth watering dishes..and to be remembered for years to come.. The hospitality shown to us by Vishwajit Haldar the F&B Executive from Purulia-WB was like cherry on the cake. 10/10.....to Binaka Regency...

we two sisters stayed here for 3 days in September 2024 regarding travel. The room was average but the hospitality was not upto the mark, one thing which disappointed us vey much that they did room cleaning service without our permission, even when we were not present at the hotel. After sudden comeback to the hotel room we saw our room was open and their staff were fiddling with our girly stuff.
