Our stay here was amazing. The location is very convenient, only a 10 minutes drive from the railway station. Great hospitality, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the food was top notch. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms were very spacious. They maintain good hygiene and cleanliness habits. Their services were very prompt and efficient and the staff always had a warm smile on their face. And the best part is that everything was very reasonably priced here. Overall it was excellent.

Good hotel, courteous staff, great location. However, they need more staff during buffet breakfast on busy days. But they will always do their best to take care of you.. Overall a happy experience!!!

The building comprises of rooms, banquet hall and a restaurant named 'infinity' on the roof top. The place is well maintained and is hygienic. From the entrance you can judge the service you are going to get. Ambience is very attractive. Place is located in the mid of city, so all the market place is near so you will not feel any difficulty. Plus point is it is on the road of Chitrakoot Waterfall. Banquet Hall is of good capacity. Rooms are also well maintained and the service is good . Staff are very polite in behaviour. The underground parking facility is there, so no worry about your vehicle. Vallet Parking facility is also there. The roof top restaurant is also good. Taste of the food is very good, they offer both veg and non veg food. The view from rooftop is mesmerizing.

The man who was operating the karaoke system in meeting hall was so arrogant and mannerless, talking very rudely. The hotel manager was also so indifferent in this matter. Else everything was good, I didn't expect such a cheap person in such a nice hotel ... !

It’s one of the best luxury hotel you’ll find in the location, so I do recommend. The staffs are really nice, they are quirky doing their job without even being noticed. I like how they are really doing their best. They respect boundaries, they don’t complain. I love them

Awesome place, infact this is the best and safe place to stay in Jagdalpur. Very good hygiene you will find in every corner of this hotel,Rooms are specious. Staffs are very cooperative and room service is also good.Food is superb. I'll recommend everyone to stay with family and friends at Binaka heritage Jagdalpur.
