Hotel Akanksha

Stayed in this hotel before heading to Chitrakoot waterfall. We did not like the room which was in ground floor. There was a lot of mosquitos in the room. Also it was not well maintained. Breakfast was good though. The hotel has good parking space within its premises.

This property is situated within 500 m from Dalpat Sagar Lake and Danteshwari Temple. Very near to Chitrakote also. So, location wise perfect. Rooms are spacious but no balcony, even no view from window. Open parking space is available. Blanket was not good. Bathroom was spacious and clean but they should improve their toiletries. They have central ac in room, so if you want to increase or decrease temperature you have to approach reception, which is one negative point. This hotel have pure veg restaurant, but food quality was good. overall in this price segment, this is a recommended hotel. But they have to work on blanket, pillow, mattress quality.

The hotel stay was not worth it,the room service was terrible. Their breakfast buffet had poor service,and guests had to wait a long time for food.

Surrounding are not good as there is too much dirt. But restaurant and hotel is very good. Food is also delicious. Price is good. Sweets are expensive but damn tasty. All sweets have real tastes. So my major vote to sweets.

Good Hotel with neat and clean rooms & bathroom Service and staff Behaviour was good Location is good & easy to identify Room Tarrif should be decreased in off seasons, especially for corporate guests
